Details:
- Meindl’s Milford GTX Boots come with a VarioFix lacing system. This innovation delivers a secure, pressure-free fit at the heel and instep. The speed wire tightens evenly around your foot when laced up, ensuring the best possible heel hold for added stability.
- At approximately 600g per boot, their lightweight design won’t slow you down. The streamlined shape provides an agile feel without sacrificing durability, while ankle padding adds extra comfort, preventing chafing or discomfort on extended hikes.
- A reinforced toe cap adds protection against rocks, roots, and other obstacles, making it a reliable choice for more rugged environments.
- These boots also incorporate a robust mid-height collar that provides excellent ankle support. This design is handy for rough trails where extra stability is needed, but a natural range of motion is still required.
- Thanks to their durable suede and breathable mesh, these boots are easy to maintain. Simply brush off dirt from the suede after use and use a suede cleaner for deeper stains. Allow them to air dry naturally, away from direct heat, to prevent the material from cracking. The mesh requires minimal care—just wipe it with a damp cloth. Regular maintenance ensures long-lasting performance and durability, making these boots reliable companions on all your outdoor adventures.
Meindl Milford GTX Boot – What is Gore-Tex?
GORE-TEX® membrane combines durable waterproofness and optimized breathability, offering enduring waterproof protection and optimized climate comfort. This means that water stays on the outside while perspiration can easily escape from the inside. Thanks to their innovative construction they are an ideal solution for the widest range of outdoor activities and changing weather conditions.
