Their breathable seam-sealed lining lets you wear them comfortably over a baselayer or just on their own.
What is Hydro/Dry AWP?
A highly waterproof and breathable hydro/dry two-layer laminate lining that is fully seam sealed plus a separate, durable outer fabric with a Durable Water Repellent finish. Waterproof to 10,000mm and with an MVTR of 20,000 g/m2/24hrs the stretchy hydrophilic membrane is laminated to a lightweight jersey. Comfort is increased due to the speed that moisture vapour can escape from the inside of the garment. The airspace between the liner and outer is designed to channel trapped moisture from inside or outside, out of the garment. Key benefits: Reduced tape aids breathability – remains waterproof if outer is damaged or wets out – Highly breathable – Condensation free – Simple aftercare and low maintenance.
Who are the brand Sprayway?
Born in the hills and honed by the weather of the Peak District, Sprayway has been trusted by walkers and outdoor enthusiasts of all ages for over forty years.
In Autumn/Winter’17 we celebrate this heritage by reimagining one of the most iconic emblems of the UK outdoor industry and pillar of our past success, the Orange Arete. Subtly tweaked and updated for the modern Sprayway, the Arete represents technical excellence and authenticity, giving our customers the confidence and inspiration to venture into the most beautiful and breath-taking spaces.
More and more people are choosing to spend their leisure time in the outdoors. It is our job to ensure they remember time spent with friends enjoying the views and vistas, instead of the cold, wind and rain. It is a job we have enjoyed since 1974, and one that we are excited to take on again this season as we move into this new chapter in our story.
