Precision Fuel PF 30 Caffeine Gel – Directions and Ingredients:
Tear open and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
This product is a food supplement & should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contains caffeine (100mg/serving). Take up to 1 serving per hour, maximum 4 per day. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
