Precision Fuel PF 90 Gel – Directions and Ingredients:
Unscrew the resealable cap and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages. Reseal and crack on until you need more fuel, then repeat.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
This product is a food supplement & should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
