How to Return a Damaged or Incorrect Item:
If your item(s) arrives broken or damaged, if you receive the wrong product, or if your product is defective in any way, you may return the item(s). Once the item is received back to the store we will contact you to organise a replacement or refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by calling 071 9616660 or send an email to email@example.com, and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped.
If you decide that you simply no longer want the item(s) purchased, you can return them to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must reach us within 21 working days of receiving your order. This refund amount will exclude delivery charges. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and labelling must still be attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return to Trail Blazers store by simply bring a copy of your e-mailed receipt along with the item to our store for an exchange.
Send the item back to us via post or courier, making sure to include your order number and also a contact phone number in the package. When we receive the item back to the store and there is no sign of wear or damage, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange. The address to return packages to is:
