Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Delivery from Trailblazers Outdoor Retail takes 2-5 working days after dispatch to orders going anywhere in Ireland or Northen Ireland. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.  Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend, ship on a Monday. If your item(s) arrives broken or damaged, if you receive the wrong product, or if your product is defective in any way, you may return the item(s). Once the item is received back to the store Trailblazers Outdoor Retail will contact you to organise a replacement or refund. All returns must reach us within 21 working days of receiving your order.  This refund amount will exclude delivery charges. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and labelling must still be attached. Your statutory rights are not affected. See here for more information – Returns Policy.

Unfortunately Trailblazers Outdoor Retail are not permitted to deliver bikes/kayaks outside the North West local area. Not with standing this exception, bikes can be purchased on-line and collected in store. Our City & Guilds qualified bike mechanics in Trailblazers Outdoor Retail – Gerard & Kamil – will be happy to look after you! We carry a range of spare parts for many bike brands. We also stock a range of tubes and tyres for most wheel sizes. Whatever the issue is, pop into the store to get it serviced. If you have a bike that requires a great deal of work and are unsure as to whether it is worth repairing, our mechanics can take a look at it to assess the work that is needed to help you make the best decision. Trailblazers Outdoor Retail offer a free 8 week check up (can be left longer if usage is not high) on every bike sold, whether it is a high end road bike to all kids bikes. This free check up includes a general check-over. Please note that any parts needed for repairs will incur a charge.

Trailblazers Outdoor Retail are registered with all main facilitators of the bike to work/cycle to work scheme.We are happy to assist employers and employees take advantage of the Governments Cycle to Work Tax Initiative. You will know that you are in safe and reliable hands as we have been involved with the Bike to Work Scheme since day one helping to offer great savings to all of our customers. On top of receiving expert knowledge and great customer service, we offer a free tune-up first service with every bike purchase! Employees can save up to 50% by availing of the scheme.
